Maintained an integrated schedule for the Hudson Unit 1 Outage. Generated Pre Outage and Outage reports. Responsible for Work Package control and coalescing new scope into Primavera 3.1 (P3). Produced short-term look reports for daily tracking of scope and labor. Also communicated with Project Control to ensure budgetary impact or any slipping in the project window.

 

Worked in the Outage Control Center of Hudson Generation Station as Outage Issues Manager. Took notifications of issues which would be critical to outage scope if not resolved. Maintained a written and an electronic record of these issues. Assisted in locating and assigning resources responsible for resolving said issues.
